Alarm 102

This alarm means the tank temperature sensors (SHWT-SHWTU-SHWTL) measured a too high temperature.
These sensors are located next to the heating elements and at the top of the water heater.

Check t4, t5 and t6 values in the Info screen (Info) of the Touchscreen.

Are t4, t5 and t6 between 30°F and 165°F (0°C and 75°C)?
